NEONOMY Introduction

NEONOMY allows to store, organize and publish data of any kind. The objective of NEONOMY is to allow storage and development of personal or work data simply, i.e. in a unified way at one place.

Storing your information in NEONOMY

In NEONOMY, information can be stored and changed through forms. NEONOMY includes the catalogue of usual forms for usual data (notes, lists, contacts, www pages, etc.). At the same time, own forms adjusted to the individual needs of individual users can be included in NEONOMY. The advantage of this property is, for instance, the option to continuously develop or change activities the data of which you want to have in NEONOMY.

Organizing your information in NEONOMY

In NEONOMY, information is organized in files. In the files, data of various kinds can be stored at once. Individual files can be shared (for reading or writing) with other NEONOMY users. The purpose of the file is not only to naturally merge information related to each other, but to determine who else can work with this information and how. The advantage of this is for instance the possibility to develop vast parts of information (www pages, online presentation, project documentation, translations, etc.) along with other members of the team.

Publishing your information in NEONOMY

Information can be published in NEONOMY through the Internet. Each piece of information in NEONOMY has automatically its own Internet address and attribute “non-public”. By changing the attribute to “public”, the piece of information becomes accessible and can be downloaded through internet browser. The advantage of this property is that files that, due to their size or variability, are difficult to transfer through e-mail, can be temporarily or permanently made accessible.
